On this card i've used the following

QK Florish
Magnolia stamp and paper
Nesties

It's a lovely day.

It's a lovely day outside ... but  I haven't really done much of anything with it... I've stamped a few images.. and made two cards.. not much to show for a whole day.  I don't know where the time has gone.

But I must admit I've enjoyed my lazy day..... I've looked at my 4x8 QK Alphabets..and realised that there's a few I've not even used.. so  I have plans for those.
I've used my copics.. haven't done that for a while.

I've cut my new doily lace heart die.. that's so Lorna can see what it's like

I've found some falling flowers for my website.  Pretty aren't they.  Later on if I really make an effort I could try out my new Martha Stewart punch.. so that I can show Lorna how sweet it is.  But until then I think some more chilling is in order to enjoy this really lovely lazy day!

Magnolia Cont.....

Just want to post my very quick layout using the  magnolia pics I snapped yesterday.
.
It wouldn't cross my mind normally to scrap something from the garden..but this bush has grown with us over a 20 year period.. and I thought it deserved a L/O all of it's own as it looked  so pretty.
Here's  my "get it done in an hour" quickie  L/O
Thats all for today... I have to go sing now!  bye......

Magnolia and I don't mean the stamps

The Magnolia bush in the garden was looking so pretty today I decided to take a quick pic using my phone camera to post on the blog.
It smells devine and it just a mass of white flowers.
I also have some pictures that I sneaked when Rachael wasn't looking.  Again clicked with the trusty phone camera .
The little cat card was a quick draw for a friends birthday who had just arrived back from Florida... note the little Mini Mouse ears on the fairy cake.

I'm almost embarassed to show you what' I've half made.(The one on the left is not quite finished)
I just love the expression on the little girls face.  I must admit it's one of my fav digi stamps. Thanks Mo
The one on the right is a Digi Stamp from Heather-(Available on EtsyPure Innocence digi stamps)
These stamps are so sweet.  It's the simpliciy of them that I really love such an honest little image.  How can you not love them.

The last stamp I have to thank Drea for.
Ahh isn't she a darling.  Just need to add some flowers to this one.

Have a good week.

Happy Mothers Day

I was so pleased with my mothers day card I had to post it.

I think it's so sweet and is more precious to me than  Gold or Riches.

I'm building up quite a collection of my daughters cards I'm happy to say.

Below is my Scrapyland Starting Blox submission... not my greatest I must admit I rushed this one.  But not because I left it till the last minute.. i've just felt really tired this week.

I used this picture of Rachael because I love the  look on her face.. it's a so totally wicked blissfully happy smile.

I have made some cards this week.. but yet again forgotten to take  pictures of them before I put them in the post box... Will I ever learn lol  I think not, as I get older I get worse.!

Have a .
Happy Mothers Day!

It's the weekend.

I have a lovely long weekend to look forward to.  Don't go back to work until Wednesday.
Here's a little card I made with the Stampin Up Top Note die made by Sizzix.
There are so many things you can use this die for.. I'm so greatful that it's in my colletion.

The little mouse if of course Penny Black and the ink used were colour box chalk inks.

I've also kept my new years resolution to do more scrapbook pages.. here's one it did recently for the Scrapyland blog (Susan makes us do two a month)
Its my husband at our local bay..This was the first time out with my new camera... I think I need to practice more or maybe join a camera club .

I was looking for a tin to make over and found this in Tesco's.  It's spanish hot chocolate.. wickedly delicous, very very thick.. and a must for everyones cupboard.. Best eaten with a few minstrels.( british chocolates). Plus  you get to keep the tin.. what more can a girl ask for.
Have a good weekend.
